Return Policy

At Artwani, every artwork is created and curated with care. Since our products are premium and carefully handled, we follow a strict but transparent return and refund policy to ensure fair resolution for both our customers and our brand.

Returns Policy (7 Days – Limited Conditions)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery, applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, or

  • The product received is incorrect / different from the order placed

Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned above.

Mandatory Opening Video (Strict Requirement)

To raise a valid return or refund request, customers must provide a proper opening/unboxing video.
Claims without a valid video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Video Guidelines (To Be Strictly Followed for Claim Resolution)

The opening/unboxing video must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. All sides of the package must be clearly visible in the video.
    The package should be adequately stretched and expanded within the frame.

  2. The shipping label must be clearly visible, showing:

    • AWB Number

    • Order ID

    • Package barcode

  3. The video must start before opening the package and clearly show the unopened parcel.

  4. The packaging must be opened, and the product must be distinctly shown in the same video.

  5. The video must be recorded in one continuous take, without:

    • Cuts

    • Edits

    • Pauses

  6. All corners of the package must remain visible within the video frame at all times.

  7. The video must be:

    • Clear and well-focused

    • Stable (no shakiness)

    • Recorded at a moderate pace

    • Free from blurriness or excessive speed

📌 Failure to follow any of the above video guidelines will result in return rejection.

Time Limit to Raise a Request

  • The return/refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered

Condition of Returned Items

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and accessories must be intact

  • Products damaged after delivery are not eligible for return
