Refund Policy

At Artwani, we value transparency and fairness. As our products are premium and carefully curated, refunds are processed strictly as per the policy outlined below.


Eligibility for Refund

A refund will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective, or

  • The product received is incorrect / different from the order placed

Refunds will not be provided for reasons other than those mentioned above.


Mandatory Opening Video Requirement

To be eligible for a refund, customers must submit a proper opening/unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Be recorded before opening the parcel

  • Clearly show the shipping label (AWB Number, Order ID, and barcode)

  • Show the complete opening process

  • Clearly display the issue or defect

📌 Refund requests without a valid opening video will be rejected.


Video Guidelines (Strictly Followed)

For correct refund claim resolution, the opening video must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. All sides of the package must be clearly visible in the video.

  2. The shipping label must be clearly readable, including AWB Number, Order ID, and barcode.

  3. The video must be recorded in one continuous take, without cuts, edits, or pauses.

  4. The package must be opened in the same video, and the product must be clearly shown.

  5. All corners of the package must remain within the video frame.

  6. The video must be clear, stable, well-focused, and recorded at a moderate pace.

Failure to follow any of these guidelines will result in refund request rejection.


Time Limit to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted


Refund Process

  • Once the refund request is approved, the product may be required to be returned (if applicable)

  • After inspection and verification:

    • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference-related reasons (design, color, or style)

  • Minor variations in appearance (natural in artworks)

  • Missing, unclear, or edited opening video

  • Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery
